Referral Discount Terms and Conditions
Discount Eligibility: This 15% discount is available exclusively to clients who refer new clients to Shay's Virtual Business Solutions. Both the referring client and each new client referred are eligible for this discount.
Automatic Application: The discount will be automatically applied to the eligible new client’s profile and reflected in their second service invoice with Shay's Virtual Business Solutions.
Discount Details: The 15% discount applies to the net profit amount of the new client's second invoice, not the gross amount charged. For example, if the new client subscribes to our social media management services at $750, with $150 allocated toward an ad budget, the discount will be applied to the $600 net profit (which excludes the ad budget). To be eligible for the discount, the net profit must be at least $500.
Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit on the number of new clients that can be referred. For each new client referred who signs up for our services, the referring client will receive a 15% discount applied to their next invoice, up to one time per month for each new client.
Monthly Limit: While there is no limit on referrals, the 15% discount will be applied only once per month for the total of all referrals that sign up in that month. For example, if the referrer refers 3 new clients in a month, they will receive 15% off their next invoice for each new client, resulting in 3 months of 15% off.
Timeframe for Use: The discount must be used within 90 days of the new client receiving this email. After this period, the discount may expire and will no longer be valid.
Single Use: This discount is applicable for one-time use only per new client referred and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
Non-Transferable: The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the new client who was referred and the referrer.
Service Scope: The discount applies to all standard services offered by Shay's Virtual Business Solutions unless specifically excluded at the discretion of the company.
Billing Adjustments: Should there be any changes or adjustments in the service requested, the 15% discount will apply to the revised net profit amount on the new client’s second invoice unless otherwise noted.
Amendments: Shay's Virtual Business Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not retroactively apply to clients who have already referred new clients and been notified.
Acceptance of Terms: By using the discount, both the referring client and the new client agree to these terms and conditions.
